Define the first ten steps
The threshold tells a customer how to behave. Decide what should be seen first, where the visitor can pause and how staff can welcome without blocking movement. A strong storefront is only the beginning of the experience.
Create a useful display hierarchy
Products need different roles: attraction, comparison, explanation and purchase. Group these moments so the journey feels natural. Lighting should support the hierarchy rather than make every surface compete at the same intensity.
Plan for the team
Storage, replenishment and consultation influence the customer experience even when they are less visible. Test a busy period with the staff before finalizing fixtures. Beautiful displays lose their effect if daily servicing disrupts the floor.
Build consistency across touchpoints
Connect packaging, signage, uniforms and digital content to the interior language. Consistency does not require repeating a logo everywhere. Shared proportions, materials and tone often communicate the brand more convincingly.
